What is the price range of your events?
Since all events are different, it's difficult to pinpoint even an approximate
figure without having a discussion about the event first. Will there be
staffing? What kind of food do you want? And so on. At D&A, we take
pride in our ability to accommodate events of every budget and make them
truly memorable. Once we discuss the parameters of your event, a proposal
can be made and edited as budget or taste dictate.
What type of deposit do I need to leave to reserve a date? What
type of payments do you accept?
For a social event, we usually require a 100 dollar deposit and a completed
confirmation form as a deposit. Payment can be made in full the day of the
event. We take cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.
Can you help me design a menu?
Of course! We are, after all, a fully custom caterer. We love to offer our
creative suggestions when it comes to assembling the perfect meal for your
event. Our culinary and sales staff has years of experience, creative spirits;
and are always happy to help you flesh out ideas.
What kind of staff do I need for my event?
We offer a full range of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, bartenders and
others. Staffing is considered on an event-to-event basis, as some menus
require different staffing than others. Contact our sales office with the
details about your particular event!
What kind of notice do you need for a final count?
To ensure the success of your event, we ask that final minimum counts are
relayed to our offices at least 10 days prior to the event. This ensures
our kitchen being able to plan food preparation in a safe and timely manner.
How much set-up time is needed for my event?
Set-up time varies from event to event, however, we find that most events
require a minimum of 90 minutes set-up time, and usually no more than 2
hours. However, certain events, which may require special consideration
(tents, large number of guests, difficult navigation, etc.) may require
more.
I need a tent, tables, chairs, china and glassware for my event
– can you supply those? What about a DJ or linens?
Of course we can! At Domenic and Anthony, we're more than just a caterer.
We pride ourselves on being full-service event planners. Our comprehensive
services include everything from china rental, tenting, customized prop
design and entertainment, to complete A/V set-ups, lighting and videography
services.
