How many weddings do you do a day?
Although Domenic and Anthony has the resources to cater many events on a
given day, we choose to limit our weddings to two. Limiting our events ensures
the personal service, attention to detail and quality service that have
become our signature. We may not be as inexpensive as some of our higher
volume competitors, but we feel the personal attention to your wedding is
worth it!
How much will it cost?
There are many factors that determine catering costs. The most important
being location, menu, event duration, level of formality and rental requirements.
Some locations have excellent kitchens and provide all of the guest tables
and chairs. Other locations such as museums, historical homes and tented
venues may require additional equipment to be brought to the site such as
convection ovens, refrigeration, table and chairs.
We recommend scheduling an appointment with our wedding specialists to design a custom proposal tailored to your specifications. The proposal will address every aspect of your wedding catering from the menu to the linens, china, bar services, staffing, and any other requirements needed to create the wedding of your dreams. Your customized proposal will include an itemized estimate of your catering costs.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The Domenic and Anthony staff goes to great lengths to cover every aspect
of your event needs as presented during our interview and proposal process.
We will even calculate the sales tax and any administrative and overhead
charges that may be applied.
Who will coordinate my wedding?
We have a team of six professional event coordinators. Each has a minimum
of five years experience with Domenic and Anthony. Your proposal will include
an event coordinator to ensure that your reception runs smoothly and on
schedule. Your coordinator will have been thoroughly briefed on all aspects
of your reception and will become the liaison between the facility and any
other vendors involved in your reception.
Where is the food cooked?
All of our food is prepped at our state of the art commissary in Norwood
and then transported to the reception location under safe temperatures.
The actual cooking is completed on site to ensure the highest quality and
presentation.
Can I taste the food?
Once you have received your customized proposal, you will be invited to
attend a formal tasting, which we hold roughly ten times a year. Tasting
dinners are reserved exclusively for those couples that are seriously considering
the catering services of Domenic and Anthony. Although we cannot taste every
menu item that we offer, we hope that couples will walk away from our tastings
with a good feel for our company as a whole, the quality of our foods and
our commitment to excellence.

The wedding specialists at Domenic and Anthony are ready to assist you with

photographer, entertainer, florist or any other wedding related vendor you
may need.
How will I know you'll be in business a year from now?
Owner Nick Schiarizzi and the Domenic and Anthony team will be celebrating
our 33rd anniversary on July 11th of 2008! Each year in business has been
a growth year, not just in terms of volume but also in the ongoing development
of our company. Nick is insistent that we stay current in terms of new menu
and presentation ideas and sends our staff to various international catering
conferences throughout the year to stay abreast of emerging trends. 2007
has been a banner year and we see continued growth in the years to come.
Our longevity can also be attributed to the loyal client base that we have achieved. We have catered many weddings throughout the years and have gone on to serve many other family celebrations such as christenings and birthday parties.
